1) How can I pay?

2) Do the shoes come with the box?

Yes, all shoes come with the box. We take extra precautions by double boxing every order to ensure protection during shipping.

3) How long is the delivery time?

Fast shipping takes 7-12 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as we receive it. Please refrain from emailing us for the tracking number before the 7th business day. Once we send you your tracking number, the package usually arrives within 3-5 business days.

4) Do you ship worldwide?

In most cases, yes, and our prices include the cost of shipping. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please inquire before placing an order.

5) What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless there is an error on our end (e.g., you ordered a big size, and we sent a small), although such errors rarely happen.

6) How can I get my tracking number?

All packages come with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number 2-3 days after your package ships. Rest assured, all packages are insured and guaranteed.

7) Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our goods worldwide, including Nigeria. We use well-known international carriers that provide tracking to ensure your order reaches you securely. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.
